Operating instructions:

1. Please put the material on working table,adjust the pressure knob get right pressure required
2. Connect power plug and turn on power     
3. Set time & temp you want with temp/time gauge get required numbers.
4. The temp for heating plate will start to rise up,  when it reaching temp you set, place the material on the working table and close the handle.
5. The buzzer will sound when reaching time you set, handle will automatically open and take out the materia


Note:
1,This equipment is displayed temperature as Celsius or Fahrenheit degree
2,Pls try a small sample to get the right temp and time needed before large quantities printing.
3,Don't use your hand to touch the heating plate directly, for prevent your hand from burn
4, set up the required temperature, time, the machine starts to heat up heating

1	No indication after press the Power switch	The power plug is loose or the fuse of the power plug is blowout.	Re-plug power supply or replace the fuse
2	It's hard to adjust the pressure adjustive screw	The joint part is too dry	Add a little oil to the joint part.
3	The heating machine is not work.	Meter is malfunction	Replace or send it to our company for repair
4	Subdued Colors	Temperature too low or uneven pressure or time is too short	Add more baking time
5	Fuzzy pattern	Long time lead to ink spread	Reduce the baking time largely
6	Different shades of color patterns	Uneven pressure or object transfer coating uneven	Increase the pressure or replace mat with uneven coating
7	Subdued Colors	Hot Stamping regional heat unevenly distributed	Replace the heating mat
8	Sticker	Temperature too high or object transfer coating bad	Reduce the baking time largely
