Aluminium Blade Wheel used for Gas Turbines and Jet Engines

Aluminum alloy billet compressor wheel impeller is used for Maglev blower, the production process of blower impeller is five axis cnc machining. Machining accuracy is μ grade. We machined impeller by DMG five axis cnc machining center. The roating speed of blower impeller can be 100000RPM. After machining, the impeller surface will be anodized.

The material of blower impeller is aluminum 7075. And all blower impeller will do T61 heat treatment to imporve the mechanical properties of products. After T61 heat treatment mechanical properties can meet:

Tensile strength≥538MPa
Yield strength≥483MPa
Elongation≥7%
Hardness≥HB135

After sample approved, we will begin mass production, with quality control by X-Ray inspection, penetrate inspection, tensile testing machine, hardness tester, Ultrasonic, Spectrograph, etc., we control the quality on every process.
