rosvenoside V is the extract of Grosvenoside prepared by scientific method. Currently, it is mainly used in functional food and beverage as a natural, low-calorie and high-power sweetener. The main component of Grosvenoside V can reach 425 times the sweetness of sucrose. It is stipulated in the compulsory national standard GB2760 Standard for the use of food additives that the sweet side of monkfruit can be used in all kinds of food as sweetener.
