Forgings are produced by 1000T+1600T electric screw press machine, using medium frequency induction heating and full automatic operating by robot , and Japan MANYO1300T walking beam forging equipment for high quality assurance, has lower allowance, advantages of materials saving and better metal streamline. Use Swiss Hateubr high-speed forging equipment AMP30S, in order to avoid the risk of water caused cracks mounting with lateral unloading system on the equipment, has advantages of lower allowance, better parallel and concentricity, no end face burr and chamfer defects happened.
APPLICATION AND FEATURES: Different kinds of auto bearings are customized to meet the various working conditions, and all of them need good quality and long life: 1. Alternator bearing: inner ring rotation with high sealing performance, can bear high speed rotation, high low temperature environment. low starting torque and long life. 2.Tensioner pulley bearing: outer ring rotation with low load, but high requirement for temperature rising, grease leakage, anti-dust and anti-water in different conditions 3. Electromagnetic clutch bearing: mostly are double row angular ball bearings, low radial load, rotation speed <6000rpm, according to the working principle of electromagnetic clutch, as the bearing need to bear axial force intermittent and surrounding with water and dust so high requirement for grease leakage, anti-dust and water proof 4.
