A1: we will accomplish manufacturing within 15-20 days after receiving the amount(Exclude time of weekend). If you need urgent, please kindly let me know, in guaranteed of quality. we will try our best to make faster
Q2: What about your Pre-sale service and After-sale service?
A2: For Pre-sale service: We have a professional sales team and professional technical team who are willing to answer your question 24 hours on line. We can offer a set of solution for your project!
For After-sale service: We can instruct you how to use, adjust the screens, and common maintenance with spare parts.
Q3: How can you ensure the led display product quality?
A3: We have nearly 8-year experience in producing Led Display with good reputation in this industry.
We would do 24 hours ageing to promise 100% non-dead chips before shipment
Q4: What's the controlling system of led screen?
A4: Control system could be Linsn, Nova-star, Color light...Usually client use Linsn for fixed installation led screens, and Nova-star system for rental screens.
Q5: How to choose a proper led screen for you?
A5: You just need to think of 3 simple questions in your head before you buy a led screen.
1.Will you use it indoor or outdoor?
2.Is it for rental use(need to be moved from one place to another place very often) or for fixed installation (to be installed in one place for ever).
