Production description
The dual shaft wood shredder is suitable for big wood or hard plastic. It shredder the product throught the crushing, shredder and compressing, to make the big waste product into small piece. 1. Gear box: The drive gear has the forging process and quenching process, so it has high life time.
2. Fixed blades: Fix blades can guide the material and prevent the material return after crushing;
3. Fix blades support: To fix the fixed blades, the processing blades can be changed to ensure high efficiency of replacement and maintenance.
4. Seal: Double seal can protect well the machine even touched the liquid.
5. Bearing seat: It uses the piece together type, you can dismantle the blade bearing, blades, sealing system, bearing and othe rparts, easy for maintenance and replacement.
6. Rotary blades: We use the high quality D2 which experience many times heat treatment and harden treatment, it has high rigidity and long life time.
7. The blade bearing and blades of dual shaft wood shredder use the hexagonal model, to ensure the blades bear the high strength.
