One:Uses and characteristics
      After the condensate and demineralized water in thermal cycle of thermal power plant are heated and deoxidized by deaerator, the non-condensable gas is discharged to the atmosphere by exhaust steam.
In the process of removing non-condensable gas, a large amount of noise will be generated to pollute the environment, and at the same time, some steam will be discharged together, which will cause some energy waste.
   The new deaerator exhaust steam recovery device designed and produced by our company belongs to the latest waste heat recovery equipment, which can recover the
exhaust steam discharged from the deaerator, heat the cooling water, recycle it, eliminate the exhaust noise of the deaerator and optimize the environment.

Two :Working principle and process flow

     A.principle of operation
    The upper part of the cylinder of the exhaust heat recovery device of deaerator is equipped with a water spray cooling chamber, which is composed of a high-efficiency liquid jet atomizing nozzle, and one side of which is connected with a cooling water inlet pipe. Below the cooling water spray chamber is an atomizing space, below the atomizing space is a water diversion and silencing orifice plate and a packing group, below the packing group is a steam distributor, and one side of the steam distributor is connected with an exhaust inlet pipe. The new deaerator exhaust heat recovery device is different from the common deaerator exhaust heat recovery device. It integrates three heat and mass transfer modes: atomization, shower tray and liquid film, so it has high efficiency. It not only has great heat absorption function. Moreover, it has a strong analytical ability for non-condensable gases. The ordinary water spraying and falling film is changed into a strong tired falling film, which increases the renewal degree of the liquid film, makes the liquid film strongly entrain a large amount of steam, and increases the heat and mass transfer function.
  B.process flow
  Through the demineralized water main pipe, the cooling water is introduced into the device from the water inlet chamber of the exhaust heat recovery device of the deaerator, and the exhaust steam of the deaerator is introduced into the energy receiver through the pipe in front of the exhaust valve of the deaerator. After sufficient mass transfer and heat transfer in the device, the uncondensed gas is discharged from the upper exhaust port, and the condensed water flows downward together with the sprayed atomized liquid film, and flows out from the water outlet and enters the drain tank.

Five.Economic analysis of installing this device in low-pressure 150TH and high-pressure 680T/H deaerator as an example:

Example 1: parameters of deaerator are known (output Q=150T/H)
               
P =0.13MPa t=104.8ºC
                Exhaust pipe DN=80 h**2683.7KJ/KG
                V"=1.4193m3/Kg (refer to enthalpy table)
Set cooling water inlet to=20ºC outlet =tr=80ºC and run for 7000 hours a year.

 1) 5,125 tons of condensed water can be recovered after using the exhaust heat recovery device of deaerator, which can be saved by RMB 25,000 yuan based on the price of 5 yuan/ton of demineralized water.
 2) According to the half-open valve, after the exhaust heat recovery device of deaerator is used, the annual recoverable heat can be converted into 238 tons of standard coal. According to the standard coal 550 yuan/ton, about RMB 132,000 is saved.
 3)The above two items can recover a total annual benefit of 157,000 yuan.


Example 2: parameters of deaerator are known (output Q=680 TH)
               
P =0.58MPa t=158ºC
                Exhaust pipe DN=80 h"=2754.5KJ/KG
                V "= 0.32194m3/kg (refer to enthalpy table)
Set the cooling water inlet t=20ºC and outlet t = 80ºC, and run for 7000 hours a year.
 1) After using the exhaust heat recovery device of deaerator, the condensate can be recovered every year; 3089Kg/hx7000h=21629 tons ×5 yuan/ton =108145 yuan
 2) Calculated by the half-open exhaust port, the annual recoverable heat of exhaust heat recovery device of deaerator is converted into standard coal: 2,033 tons.
 Calculated by the standard coal price of 550 yuan/ton, the annual coal saving is 1,118,150 yuan.
 3) The sum of the above 1) and 2) can save RMB 1,226,295 per year.

Installation precautions and ordering instructions
   
The exhaust heat recovery device of deaerator can be installed on the working platform or on the horizontal ground. During installation, all pipes must be connected tightly without leakage. And add 60mm glass wool on the external surface of the equipment for thermal insulation.

 Please provide the following information when ordering:
1.Diameter of exhaust port of deaerator
2.deaerator output, working pressure, working temperature
3.Cooling water temperature
4.Outlet water temperature required by the power plant.
