Q1: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a leading manufacturer of dental burs and dental carbide cutters in China. Our company covers an area of about 8,000 square meters, employs more than 100 staff, and has 50 sets of special processing equipment for dental burs.
Q2: What is the material of your product?
Dental burs are made of solid carbide or tungsten carbide and stainless steel welding material.
Generally speaking, the material of small head diameter products is usually solid carbide, and the material of big head diameter products is tungsten carbide and stainless steel welding material.
Q3: What kind of machine do you use for production?
The main processing machine we use is the patented 5-axis CNC tool grinder MK608 which was independently designed and developed by ourself. It has functions such as automatic measurement, automatic clamping, and CNC precision machining. The repeated positioning accuracy is 0.005mm, and the pass rate of processing is over 99.5%.
Q4: Do your products have CE or FDA certificate?
Yes, we currently have FDA certificate, CFDA certificate, and export sales certificate(FSC). CE and ISO13485 are being applied, and the certificates are expected to be obtained in 2024.
Q5: How long does it take on average to develop a sample?
If it is a standard product, usually samples can be provided at any time. If it is a non-standard product, after you provide the product drawing or sample, our samples can generally be completed within one month.
Q6: Do you provide samples of your products? Is there any charge for samples? Who will bear the freight?
1. We provide samples of regular products, and the quantity is 10 pieces for each model
2. Samples are charged, but the amount will be deducted if we receive your bulk order within 3 months
3. We will bear the freight of samples in China mainland
Q7: What is the MOQ of your products?
The MOQ for ready products is 1 box(100 pieces/box), and the MOQ for products without stock is 10,000 pieces.
Q8: What types of packages and labels do you have?
There are two kinds of packages, blister and plastic box, for you to choose. You can use "Rising" label or neutral label.
Q9: How about the price term of your products?
The price we provide is the EXW price. It's free shipping in China mainland for orders over 1000 RMB, and we can send goods abroad with freight at destination or we can help you contact a suitable forwarder. We will pay the freight on your behalf, and no commission fee will be charged.
Q10: What are your payment methods? How long is the payment term?
We only support domestic corporate payment and foreign payments to foreign exchange designated accounts.
Payment usually requires a 30%-50% deposit when placing an order, and the balance payment is paid before shipment.
Q11: How long is the lead time for an order?
Small batches with stock orders will be issued within 2 working days according to the customer level;
For customized or mass orders, the delivery date is calculated according to the order quantity;
Since the delivery date varies greatly depending on the product model, order quantity, production schedule, etc., Please refer to the final delivery date calculated by our sales staff.
