Product Description 1.This facility can realize the verification at the error of cold water metering indicate value and sealing performance according to cold water meter national metering verification standards, JJG162-2009;
2.Be in accordance with the requirements of the latest version water metering verification facility's verification standards(JJG1113-2015).
3. Weighing container: 150L&15L container, 2 pierces of 304 stainless steel water bottom valves. When the water level of the container exceeds the limit, it has the function of automatic discharge of water.
4. Reading mode of water meter: Adopt dynamic image collector to automatically identify sensitive plum pointer(Autofocus),10pierces,the software can also be used manually when some water meters cannot be sampled,the computer automatically calculates the error, does not affect the normal use of the device.
5.Pressure test:you can set the pressure value freely on the control software. Automatic gentle increase the pressure. The maximum pressure is not higher than 2.0MPa; Pressure test without manual operation,completely controlled by pressure sensor, maximum pressure must be automatically limited protection, and have automatic pressure relief function.
6.Real-time pressure monitoring:adopt German JUMO brand pressure sensor,the measuring range is 0~2.5MPa, and the accuracy is less than 0.2%.
7.Real-time temperature monitoring:adopt German JUMO brand temperature sensor.measuring range 0~50°C, accuracy is less than 0.2%.
8.Water meter number input mode: dynamic image collector automatically input the meter number.
