3. How long is the warranty ?
A: we offer 5 years truly warranty to provide after-sale service and technology support. Including resend new battery or replacement BMS.

4. What brand inverter are your batteries compatible?
A: Our BMS supports the following communications Canbus/RS485/RS232 and can compatible with most of famous inverters

5. What is the delivery time? What is your standard packing?
A: Usually delivery in 7-15days, but could be changed according to the quantity or other things.
