1A:1-2days for sample orders, 3-5 days for bulk orders.(The exact time will be based on the requirements)

2A:Normally, we will ship the goods by air, by sea and by express, such as DHL, Fedes, UPS, TNT basing on the needs of different clients.2-3 days via air express, 2-6 days for by air, 20-35 days for by sea.

3A: Yes ,we can make your own design or put your logo on the product ,please send your design or inquiry to our email ( Whatsapp or Skype ),but also the packing design and other OEM services are available.
4Q: How can I pay for my order?
4A:You can pay for your order via Western Union, T/T and MoneyGram.
We will send a invoice including all cost for confirming the order.
But please notice that we are not responsible for any import tariff or customs clearance
fees.
5Q: Where can I buy the spare parts and ink?
5A: Our printer does not come with ink, if you need to buy with the ink together, please contact us. We also provide the spare parts, and printing materials, such as PET film, dtf powder, etc. If you need, please contact us.
6Q: When can i find tracking information on internet?
6A:You can find the information on internet in 2days after we give you the tracking number.
7Q: Once there is something need to replace, what can I do?
7A: We supply all the spare parts for the printer. If any part is broken, we will fix it or send you new parts after users send back the broken ones. We suggest that users order spare parts package for long time maintenance and fast replacement.
8Q: What is Warranty Policy?
8A: CommonlyWe provide 1 year warranty. During the 1 year warranty, our company will offer you motor and board driver for free if they are faulty . When the warranty expired, our company will still give you on line technician support for free. Especially, you can gain the lifelong Warranty for your printer with continuously ink order (If you buy inks from us).
