1.Emergency stop/off (engine start) switch: The vehicle has an emergency stop/off (engine start) switch button for emergency response on the turntable and the bucket. In case of emergency, triggering this switch can turn off the engine to avoid emergencies and increase the safety of the vehicle. 2. Emergency pump: This vehicle is equipped with an emergency pump. If the engine fails and cannot start, the emergency pump switch can be pulled, and the booms and outriggers can be completely recovered using the power of the chassis battery.
3. Outrigger indicator: When the horizontal outriggers are fully extended and the full extension indicator lamp on the tail control panel is on, all other normal movements can be carried out at this time; if the horizontal outriggers are not fully extended, the indicator light will not be on, the upper device cannot rotate, and other movements will be as usual.
4. Two-way hydraulic lock: Four stabilizers cylinders, small boom, upper boom, telescopic boom and lower boom cylinders are equipped with two-way hydraulic locks. The function is to lock the cylinder after the cylinder reaches the desired position to prevent accidents.
5. Balance valve: The small boom, upper boom and lower boom are equipped with one-way balance valve to improve the stability of the raising, decreasing and stopping of the boom.
6. Overflow valve: Keep the max. pressure of the hydraulic system is rated data, and play the role of overflow and voltage stabilizing.
