Description
Scope of application:
Electro-hydraulic servo structure dynamic fatigue testing machine is mainly used to test the dynamic and static mechanical properties of various structural parts, parts, buffer blocks, rubber elastomers, shock absorbers, beams and columns and other large products. Tensile, compression, bending, low cycle and high cycle fatigue, crack propagation and fracture mechanics tests can be carried out under sine wave, triangular wave, square wave, trapezoid wave and combined waveform. Environmental test devices can also be configured to complete environmental simulation tests at different temperatures.

Performance characteristics:
1, testing machine host: column, base, beam form a closed frame structure, frame stiffness, no reverse gap, good stability. The outer surface of the column is treated with hard chromium plating. The servo actuator (cylinder) is placed on the upper side and adopts the design of bidirectional acting cylinder piston. The sample clamping adjustment is convenient and flexible.
2, key components: the use of international well-known brands - MOOG servo valve, Germany DOLI controller, Japan Fujikoshi oil pump, the United States Shihua sensor, the United States MTS displacement sensor.
