FuGu Purification is a comprehensive treatment system for domestic wastewater and sewage such as kitchen, bathing, washing and flushing toilets to convert domestic sewage into clean water for reuse. A high-efficiency bioreactor that degrades sewage through two-step anaerobic, one-step aerobic and simultaneous denitrification technology together with Physical, biochemical, and chemical effects to change sewage water to healthy water.

Product Details Description

The purification tank have four systems as anaerobicsystem ,Aeration system ,Electronic system , filtering system. equipped 
aeration pump , aeration pipr , bio block , bio bacteria ect. 
 

Working Craft

The Purification Tank Working dived into two phases: anaerobic phase and aerobic phase

1# Anaerobic phase: Microbes are anaerobic at this stage , The purification tank convert  organic nitrogen into NH-N and use the organic matter as an electron donor to transform NO-N. to N.  Also make use some of organic carbon sources and NH-N to synthesize new cell materials.  The anaerobic period not only remove the organic mater to reduce the organic load of the subsequent aerobic period,but also complete anti-digestive effect base on  the higher concentration of organic matter in the sewage water .And finally eliminated eutrophication pollution of nitrogen

2# Aerobic Phase: The concentration of organic matter has been greatly reduced in this phase, but still few organic matter and NH-H. There is a aerobic biological contact oxidation pond  in which There are mainly aerobic microorganisms and aerobic bacteria (digestive bacteria). The aerobic microorganisms decompose organic matter into CO2 and H2O. Self-oxygenating bacteria converts NH-N  into NO-N. NO-N  based on the  inorganic carbon produced by the decomposition of organic matter or nutrient source of CO2 in the air. 
Some of the water from the aerobic section return to the anaerobic area to provide electron acceptations for the anaerobic section which eliminate nitrogen pollution through denitrification
