1. Classic TZ-V850 vertical extra bed.
2. The bed and its main components are made of high-quality Yunnan cast iron with high specifications and advanced resin sand casting process.
3. The key structural parts of the machine tool are processed by large imported high-precision CNC equipment such as pentahedral machining center and gantry guideway grinding.
4. Using imported high-precision spindle bearings, the main transmission system adopts Japan Mitsubishi servo motor, which is directly connected to the spindle through the coupling to ensure the rigid tapping and high speed and low noise of the spindle.
5. The system adopts ball linear guide rails.

7. The three-axis ball screw is pre-stretched to improve the stiffness of the screw.
8. Ball screw bearings are imported special screw bearings.
9. Ball screw and AC servo motor shaft adopt imported coupling for direct transmission without gap to ensure accurate positioning of mechanical movement.

10. Configure automatic lubrication system to lubricate guide rail and ball screw regularly and quantitatively.

11. The spindle loose cutter mechanism is driven by well-known brand gas booster cylinder, reliable performance, safety and energy saving.
