Product Introduction

Luminol Sodium Salt is a sodium salt form of Luminol, which has a different dissolution method from Luminol and is easily soluble in water (50mg/ml). Although the dissolution method is different, it is similar to Luminol in that it can be used for chemiluminescence analysis, such as metal ions, blood, and glucocorticoids analysis.

Luminol sodium salt is a white or light yellow powder in appearance. The purity of Luminol sodium salt produced by Desheng is ≥ 98%, and it is a clean white powder with stable product performance. When storing, pay attention to room temperature and avoid light.

The function of luminol sodium salt is to detect a chemiluminescent substrate for peroxidase (immune assay, cell assay), a sensitive probe for metal ion mediated oxidation reactions. This makes Luminol sodium salt a choice for crime scene investigations, mainly used to detect traces of blood, iron, and hemoglobin. And compared to the commonly used luminol, it can be dissolved in water and used in water with a pH value close to 7, which is closer to the pH value of the blood and has more advantages than luminol.
