Hochuen offers our customers a wide range of pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) tapes from which to choose - automotive-grade permanent attachment adhesive tapes, low-cost assembly aid PSAs, even medical-grade and EMI shielding tapes.
Pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes are activated with pressure and do not require solvent, water, or heat to activate them. Our adhesive tape options include cost-effective rubber-based PSAs that provide quick-stick capabilities, acrylic PSAs that tend to develop stronger bonds and provide heat and environmental resistances, and silicone PSAs designed special adhesion to difficult silicone materials.

As a profession one stop OEM manufacturer for medical disposables, We have capabilities in injection molding, microfluidic devices, adhesive, die cutting, lamination, LSR, bonding (including laser welding, ultrasonic welding, heat staking, etc.), dry reagent handling, reagent blister packing, wet lab process, PCR QC test, CNC precision machining, laser machining, rapid prototyping, label printing, softgood manufacturing, sterilization/packaging, etc.
Hochuen Medical ensures high-quality medical device prototypes by utilizing in-house high-precision CNC machines to create the molds for die cutting. In certain cases, Hochuen can provide a prototype die cut mold for less than $400 with a lead time of two days.
Hochuen's highly-skilled team services fully-automated precision plastic die cutting machines to fabricate molding that assists in the production of thin-film devices. One of the many benefits of applying die cutting to your production is it can decrease unnecessary costs, creating space to apply your budget towards more critical areas of the manufacturing process.
Due to the flexible and efficient nature of the plastic stamping process and the utilization of various materials during production, plastic stamping is an essential investment for your business.
