Q2: Are these products quality assured?
A: All of our products are ROHS compliant, cables are VDE/CCC/CE/CEA certificated. We have strict QC, passed ISO9001 Quality control system, all products are 100% tested before delivery.
Q3: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it will take 7 days for sample and it is 10-20 workdays for mass production, it is according to quantity.
Q4: Do you provide samples? is it free or extra?
A: Yes. The free samples are available. You just need to afford the freight cost.
Q5: If I want to customize products, how will it work?
A: Pls offer us drawings or pictures. Equipped with professional equipments, technicians & skilled employees, OEM service are welcome.
Q6: What payment terms can you accept?
A: Normally 30% deposit to start order and balance 70% payment before shipment.
