The lead time 3-7 working days for samples, and 10-15 working days for bulk orders. It depends on the styles and designs you choose;

Q4: What is the warranty time for your products? If any is broken, what I will do?
A:3 years warranty for most of our products. During warranty time, we will arrange a new replacement for broken items free of charge.

Q5: Can I get OEM/ODM customized products for special applications?
A: Of course, we provide OEM and ODM service, design and produce as per customers' requirements. For example, different lengths, diameters, different voltages, and higher lumen efficiency of led, IP Class, etc.

Q6:Can you share a full product file when needed (spec sheet, IES file, HQ photos of product and application)?
A: yes, we have a laboratory with test equipment so that we can provide IES.and we take HQ products picture and application scenarios for you.

Q7: What kind of payment methods do you accept?
