Installation of diamond roller • The motor shaft of the dressing device shall be cleaned with a clean towel; • The runout of the dressing shaft should be checked before installation, less than 0.002mm; • With a clean towel, apply lubricating oil to clean the inner hole of the roller and remove impurities; • Be careful not to overtighten the screws when installing (nuts about 100 Newtons*Meters of torque, the bolt is about 10-32 Newtons*Meters of torque); • Do not use too much force or knock when installing the roller on the dressing shaft; • After installation, check the axial and radial runout of the roller after installation. Note: During installation, be sure not to use brute force, especially not to use hammer and other external forces and use high temperature, so as not to damage the roller ! Cooling • Cool the alignment grinding area • The flow rate of the coolant should be equal to the speed of the grinding wheel; • Flow rate and pressure depend on coolant velocity and nozzle size; • The cooling pressure of the forming roller should not be less than 10Bar.
