The antibacterial spectrum and activity of fluoro phenicol are slightly better than that of thiamphenicol, and it has strong antibacterial activity against various Gram positive bacteria, Gram negative bacteria, and Mycoplasma. Pasteurella haemolytica and Pasteurella multocida are highly sensitive to this product, while streptococcus, Shigella dysenteriae, Salmonella typhimurium, Klebsiella, Escherichia coli and Haemophilus are sensitive to this product.
