A3: We mainly customize according to the drawings or samples provided by customers. For customers who don't know much about drawing, we also provide design and drawing services. You need to provide samples or sketches.
Q4: Will my drawings be safe after sending to you?
A4: Yes, we will keep them well and not release to third party without your permission.
Q5: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A5: Yes, we can provide samples, and we will charge you based on sample processing. The sample fee can be refunded after placing an order in batches.
Q6: Can I get samples for testing?
A6: We can offer free samples for small parts, but for big and high-value products, samples will be charged.
Q7: How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
A7: We have set up multiple inspection procedures and can provide quality inspection report before delivery. And we can also provide samples for you to test before mass production.
Q8: How about the transportation?
A8: You can choose any mode of transportation you need, sea delivery, air delivery or express delivery.
