Automated Storage Retrieval Systems(ASRS)
The automatic three-dimensional storage system consists of high-rise three-dimensional shelves, automatic stacker, conveying system, automatic control system (WCS), warehouse management system (WMS) and related peripheral equipment.
| Racking | Structural feature: ASRS System are usually equipped with pallet racking and drive-in racking, both of which are composite structure. Steel panels and wooden panels are available for loading with good capacity. Conveyors will do the loading and unloading job under the instruction from the central computer. | Stacker | Structural feature: Double upright structure, steady and reliable, vector frequency conversion drive and encoder position control,mechanical and electronic safety devices to ensure safe using of the system; All the way tracing technology by information transferring; Electric components are imported from abroad; Touching screen interface for easy operation; Making manual,semiautomatic, automatic and linkage control come true; Used in many situations by combining with other logistics equipment. | |
| Conveying system | Structural feature: Conveying system is usually equipped in the front or back of warehouse for conveying goods here and there,bridging the procedures done by forklifts and stackers by using rolling conveyor or chain conveyor and combining with lifts,rotating devices and other equipments. | |
| Controlling system | Structural feature: Communicating with WMS and ECS through OPC agreement, PROFIBUS bus network, set up by Siemens S7-300controller can operate all conveyors offline, doing conveying of goods automatically. Q1: Are you manufacture or trading company?

Q2: What information is required for pallet rack quotation request?
1. Rack drawings or detailed dimensions (length, width, height)
2. How many layers are there on the rack
3. Load bearing of each rack layer (100kg-8000kg)
4. Number of racks
Q3: Could you produce according to customers' design?
Of course, we have rich experience in the overall warehouse solution, and we build hundreds of projects every year.
Q4: What's your trading terms?
Deposit 30% upon signing the contract,the balance will be cleared by T/T / L/C /Western Union before delivery.
Q5: What is your delivery time?
5-35 working days after received deposit,according to the order quantity and drawing size.
Q6: What is the manner of packing?
Generaly,shelves are flat packed by air bubble film in standard export cartons .Other packing likewooden box are available to clients' requirement.
Q7: How could I install the racks?
We provide detailed instal instruction for every type of shelf. If needed,we can also ask engineers to teach you for free.
Q8: May I know the status of my order?
Yes.We will send you information and photos at different production stage of your order. You will get the latest information in time.
