Automatic spray gun standard configuration using the original imported Japanese Iwata 0.8 calibre spray gun, the size of the spraying volume, the angle can be adjusted in advance, each gun individually controlled. 5. The spray gun selection configuration (optional high-pressure airless spray gun, low-pressure air spray gun or medium-pressure mixed air spray gun), can meet the use of different efficiency of spraying. 6. The machine is equipped with an exhaust gas treatment and purification system, which can effectively spray the exhaust gas produced by the treatment and then discharge, to a greater extent to avoid environmental pollution. 7. Conveying speed is adjusted by frequency conversion, suitable for different speed of painting requirements. 8. The standard configuration oil supply system consists of a set of large-capacity Taiwan diaphragm pump and pressure regulator to provide a stable flow of paint supply, making the spraying operation more stable and at the same time more convenient to replace the paint. 9. For lines of different widths, the feeding position is adjusted by the restriction device at the feeding port to prevent the phenomenon of feeding run-off. |
