Description

Alkali-resistant chopped fiberglass strands, with high zirconia content, strengthens the concrete and helps prevent cracking from shrinkage. When both chopped fiberglass and fiberglass mesh are used together in a concrete countertop application, steel reinforcement is not necessary. To get the standard 5000 psi concrete countertop mix add 17.5 grams of chopped fiber to every 50lbs.
