Easier extrusion process through conditioning

In some manufacturing processes, different substances are first mixed into a homogeneous substance. After this, they go to an extruder, where the mixture is kneaded and cooked under specific humid conditions. With Arrow Conditioner, these specific humid conditions can be met. In addition to mixing, the Conditioner can also regulate the moisture percentage. Steam can be injected into the sealed mixer to increase the moisture percentage and the entire mixture can be heated.

The X Conditioner is a mixing machine with two paddle shafts rotating in opposite directions. The Conditioner can be equipped with extra-large inspection hatches or drive-out paddle shafts. For production processes with strict hygienic requirements, we have a range of additional hygienic functionalities.
 
How it works 

Various products come together in the Conditioner's sealed mixing chamber. The double-axis mixer quickly and precisely realizes a homogeneous mixture and uses steam and heat to determine the temperature within this mixture. The mixed product passes from the outlet to the next step in the production process. With the Arrow Conditioner you easily mix different types of bulk materials such as powders, water, steam and fats without segregation. The substances remain homogeneously mixed by combining the mixing process with product heating. In addition, by adding steam you can accurately determine the temperature of your product.

Single Shaft Paddle Type Temperer

The general speed of the temperer is X r/min, and the propulsion speed of the material is related to the shaft speed and the pick-up angle of the paddle. The general single-axis paddle type temperer. It is X meters long, and the powder can stay in the tempering chambler for X seconds, and the degree of maturation reaches about X%, which can basically meet the temperer requirements of some common granular feed. 
 
Biaxial Differential Speed Pulp Blade Type Temperer 
Dual-axis differential velocity slurry blade type temperer, also known as DDC precondiitoner,  the axial movement speed of the powder has a greater adjustable range. The general length of about X meters, the tempering time can be controlled in ten seconds to X seconds, which meet the demand of special granular feed high maturation rate and high sterilization rate, the maturation degree usually up to X%, at the same time has a high relative motion of the slurry leaves can "scrub" each other, so that this type of temperer has a high self-cleaning ability. The residual phenomenon of powder in the tempering chamber is also improved.
