Chang 'in copolymer, the English name of cycli-Olefin Povmer for short COC, is an amorphous transparent copolymer polymer with a light ring structure. It has the same optical performance as PM/MA and has higher heat resistance than PC, but also has better dimensional stability than P/MMA and PC, and has been highly evaluated in the market. The composition and structure of COC are cyclic olefin polymers composed of hydrocarbon atoms, and the specifications and properties of various COC products are not different.

 

Features:

1, low dielectric constant (OC polymer is synthesized by ring monomer monomer or copolymerization with e, its composition only contains carbon and hydrogen atoms, in the structure does not contain heterocyclic or polar bonding and other factors that are easy to cause dielectric constant, thus with low electrical constant characteristics (Dk=2.35)

2. High glass transfer temperature CPC polymeric host structure is extremely rigid, and the rigid ring structure restricts the free movement of COC polymer along the main body, while the glass transfer temperature of COC material is relatively high, which can be controlled by the copolymerization content of cycloolefin monomer. This is also the characteristic of COC polymer that is different from general polyhydrocarbon materials - adjustable glass transfer temperature. 3. High transparency and light transmittance COC polymer will show light permeability due to special polymer structural characteristics, light transmittance is greater than 92%.

4, thermal properties Because the CO material does not have an unsaturated double bond, triple bond or aromatic ring structure, COC material has better heat resistance temperature and antioxidant characteristics, and its warm temperature can be higher than 400°C

Biocompatibility and high fluidity Because CO material uses non-toxic monomer as raw material (cycloene monomer), and the polymer purity is extremely high, transparent, very low water permeability, no cytotoxin, no induced organism mutation, no irritation, in line with FDA standards and other characteristics, suitable for syringes and medicine bottles instead of glass. It can also be used for different disinfection methods such as steam, Ethylene/ Oxide Jane
