Q2: How long warranty?
A2: All of your products enjoy 12 months warranty.
Q3: What's your payment terms for bulk order?
A3: 30% Deposit, then balance before shipment.
Q4: Can you put my brand name (logo) on these products?
A4: Yes, of course. OEM service is the most important part of our trade purpose.
Q5: How much do I need to pay for your OEM service?
A5: No need to pay extra cost for our OEM service. The OEM cost is already included in our price.
Q6: What payment method do you accept?
Q6: T/T, L/C, Western Union , Money Gram, Paypal, Escrow, etc.
Q7: What is the lead time of your products?(How long do you need to prepare my goods?
A7: 1-3 days for sample orders. 7-15 days for mass production orders(based on different quantities).
Q8: How will you deliver my goods to me?
A8: We always ship by air and sea. In the mean time, we cooperate with international expresses such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT to enable our customers get their goods rapidly.
Q9: How long do I need to wait before my goods arrive?
A9:5-7 days for air transportation, 2-5 days for international express. 20-40 days for sea transportation.
