This plant is mainly used for waste mineral lubricating oil (including waste engine oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, mixed oil) regeneration. The base oil with good quality and a small amount of gasoline and water are obtained by vacuum distillation. In the distillation process, hydrocarbon chains are broken and the molecules are recombined to form a new oil product which is then changed into an oil mist and then condensed into a liquid and the final qualified base oil. It can effectively remove wear residue, asphaltene, wax, impurities, moisture, acid value, carbon deposition, and oxides from the oil.
The equipment is suitable for refineries and small enterprises that need to process waste mineral lubricating oil. In the process of treatment, only a little waste residue and water are produced,And it mainly adopts light fuel oil burner or electriciyt to provide heat source for the equipment.

The waste oil of 1400 PPM sulfur content can be distilled with a desulfurizing agent and a catalyst to obtain a waste oil of 100-150 ppm sulfur content. The original cetane number is 45, after distillation, you can get cetane number of 51~55. |
