Print & Process | •It is suitable for monochrome and color high-quality printing in most printing methods. •Ink testing before printing is necessary, especially for light-colored inks and exposed white areas, to avoid plate damage and scratches on the surface of the material causing poor printing. •Care should be taken to control the viscosity of the ink to avoid the peeling of the coating causedby the over-sticky ink. It is recommended to coat the varnish or film to protect the ink after printing. •In order to ensure smooth processing, it is recommended to use a sharp film special die-cutting knife, especially in the die-cutting method of flat pressing, avoid excessive rewinding tension,resulting in label overflow. |
