1.Main production picture introduction: Start the picture

This picture is mainly used for the monitoring and operation process of the primary batching section, and can be switched to other process pictures.
Ingredients are the most critical and complex production section in the whole production link, which involves multiple control management functions such as formula management, control parameter setting, ingredient accuracy range setting, raw material name management, warehouse capacity management and report statistics.
3.Functional description of the batching system: Material name management
Establish the raw material name code for the database statistics to facilitate the future statistics (as shown below)

Warehouse capacity management
Select the name of raw materials stored in each warehouse through the drop-down menu (the figure below). The warehouse capacity column shows the remaining raw material weight in the current warehouse, which is automatically reduced after each batch of ingredients, and is displayed in a column chart on the ingredient screen warehouse. The weight injected through the feeding outlet automatically increases in the warehouse capacity after the delivery.

3. Formula management
Add, modify, delete and remove the formula used in the ingredients process (as shown below)
Download: Download the current formulation to the PLC controller for production
Add: add the formula without the formula library;
Replacement: modified in the original formula, modified preservation;
Delete: that is, clear the formula number of the formula library, please operate carefully
Last or next: mainly look for the formula up or down
Cancel: do not process, exit the formula library management;
3.4 Ingredients accuracy setting
Set the advance amount (drop), error range and feeding order for different batching warehouses. The drop can be selected whether automatically corrected (can be checked).
Advance amount: that is, the drop, the material weight suspended in the air after the feeding equipment stops;
Error: the material allowable deviation range, mainly used for alarm; if the material is not heavy, automatic point replenishment; if the material is overweight, the alarm prompt, take manual judgment to process the batch of materials;
3.5 Ingredients parameter setting
Set the current team number and the general parameters in the batching process.
Class number: current class number of current operation, generally 1~3
set batch: number of batches required for current formula
After the current batch of batching, enter the feeding and enter the mixing of the mixer. When the large scale is discharging, the weight is lower than the set weight
Micharge time: set the discharge time of the mixer;
Alarm time of the big scale: when the big scale exceeds the set time, the weight of the scale is not lower than zero, the alarm will be prompted;
The alarm time of the small scale: when the small scale exceeds the set time, and the weight of the scale is not lower than zero, the alarm will be prompted;
Alarm time of liquid nitrogen addition: start the liquid nitrogen addition after the size scale enters the mixer, and the system will prompt the alarm before the liquid nitrogen is added after the set time;
OK: After the parameters are set, press this button to download the control parameters in the table above, to the PLC controller for production;
Cancel: exit this table setting;
3.6 Start and stop the ingredient
After downloading the formula parameters, carefully check whether the feeding order of the formula raw material name and weight is consistent with the formula table issued by the quality control personnel. If consistent, select the start button in the figure below.
Press the "Stop" button during the automatic ingredient process.
Select the Yes button to stop the ingredients.
3.7 Alarm handling during the batching process
In the ingredients, if the alarm information prompts, eliminate the sound alarm first, and then continue the fault by pressing "clear alarm" after handling the fault information; "If the motor trip alarm, press the" Restart " button to restart the equipment before operation. The alarm list can be real alarm time, alarm position, alarm fault information, the upper arrow can turn a page, the next arrow can turn a page, select all the alarm information on the current page, delete the alarm information selected by the current page.
3.8 report form statistics
Press the "Report Statistics" button, enter the start and end date, time and class number formula number, press the "Statistics" button to generate various reports, and press the "Print" button to print the report. Production Process Report (as shown below):
