About the delivery:
1. The shipping cost.
It depends on the volume weight/ the size of the product. Generally speaking, the more you order, the cheaper the shipping cost for 1 bag is.
And it's different to ship to different countries.
2. The region we could ship to.
We could ship to almost all countries and regions. Usually, we ship by UPS. For some small countries, we could ship by EMS. For Southeast Asian countries, we could ship by Special Line.
3. The delivery time.
We will ship in 2-3 days after you pay, because we need time to prepare the product. Then, the courier company needs about 3-7 days to your door if we ship by UPS. If we ship by EMS or Special Line, it will take a little longer time.
About the after-sale service:
1. If there's any problem to the product you get, pls contact us and send us the photo or short video of the broken part in time. If it's fixable, we would love to ship the broken part to you together with your next order. If it's unfixable, we would love to offer you partial refund or full refund.
