Medical field
Indications: polycythemia vera, primary thrombocythemia, chronic myelogenous leukemia, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, etc., as well as the identification of superficial mass properties, it is also used for the treatment of neurodermatitis, chronic eczema, capillary tumor, keloid, pterygium, corneal neovasculoma, plasma cell tumor, etc.
Usage and dosage: Eucythemia: oral, 222MBq ~ 296MBq (6mCi ~ 8mCi) per course. Chronic leukemia: intravenous infusion, 148MBq ~ 185MBq (4mCi ~ 5mCi) per course. Diagnosis of superficial mass nature: oral, 7.4MBq to 11.1MBq (0.2mCi to 0.3mCi). After oral administration, the radioactivity of the tumor and the healthy side was measured at 24h, 48h and 72h, if the ratio > 125%, the probability of malignant lesions is higher. Application treatment: The dose depends on the type and degree of the lesion, usually using fractional irradiation.

Note: It should be taken on an empty stomach. A low-phosphorus diet was required for one week before and after taking 32P, and phosphorus-containing drugs were prohibited. Repeat treatment should be performed at least two months apart, and the dosage should be less than the initial treatment. It should not be used in patients under 20 years of age, pregnant women, lactating women, patients with liver and kidney insufficiency, severe anemia, bleeding tendency, etc.
