APPLICATION

Medium frequency induction melting furnace is suitable for melting copper and aluminium for foundry.
Because iron has good magnetic permeability, it can be melt in high efficiency by using intermediate frequency furnace. The melting time is short, and power saving. Besides, due to unique electromagnetic stirring function of IF furnace, it can float impurities and make the molten metal more pure to cast high quality castings.

New Open Furnace Design
The furnace body is upgraded to open furnace design as APB Induction ( German ). The redundant column design is cancelled, make it possible for future capacity upgrades.

All-round Protective Cover

In addition to the anti-drop device. Another protective cover is installed on the periphery of the furnace, which can better protect the coil and the water-cooled cable.

 Best-in-class Induction Coil

Horizontal Winding Process
The most advanced winding process. The coil turns are closely attached to each other, and support each other. There is no segmentation problem.
 
 Induction Probes
The inner wall of the coil is evenly implanted with induction probes to avoid furnace-leakage accident more effectively.

Insulation Sheet
Insulation sheets are implanted between adjacent induction coils to ensure that the coils are evenly spaced, and getting higher dielectric strengthto, and higher electrical efficiency.

Advanced Air-cooled Yoke
Yoke Layout 
The surrounding of the coil is tightly covered by the magnetic yoke. The gap between adjacent yokes is reduced to its minimum, which maximizes its coverage and reduces magnetic flux leakage.
 
Arc-Shaped Yoke
The arc-shaped yoke closely fits the coil and support the coil, ensuring a long working life of the furnace lining and reducing magnetic flux leakage.


Air-Cooled Yoke
Air-cooled yoke. no hidden risk of water leakage. Fewer connections of water cables for easier maintenance.
