Q1: Can I have a sample order for Neodymium magnet?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Low MOQ of 1pc for sample checking is available.Mixed samples are acceptable. Please cover the freight.
Q2: What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 15~30 days for each order in general.
Q3: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It would take around 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also available.
Q4: Is it OK to print my logo on magnet product or package?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before the production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q5: How are Neodymium Magnets made?
A: The main ingredients are Neodymium, Iron and Boron. The exact ingredients depend on the grade being produced. We also add a key ingredient called dysprosium to raise the coercivity of the material and increase the resistance to demagnetisation and corrosion.
