NPS-SA Product Introduction
The dilute solution of acridine and its salts exhibits purple or green fluorescence. The dilute solution of salts has green fluorescence, which, when diluted, becomes free acridine due to the hydrolysis of salt water, showing purple fluorescence. The aqueous solution is weakly alkaline, and Chemicalbook reacts with inorganic acids to form salts. Acridine is very stable, its structure is similar to anthracene, and its chemical properties are also very similar. Both steam and solution are irritating, strongly irritating to the skin and mucous membranes. Inhaling steam can cause coughing.
Application of NSP-SA
It can be used for protein, antigen, antibody, nucleic acid (DNA, RNA) and other labels. The dilute solution of acridine and its salt exhibits purple or green fluorescence. The dilute solution of salts exhibits green fluorescence. After dilution, it becomes free acridine due to saline hydrolysis and exhibits purple fluorescence. Acridine salts are widely used and can be used as photocatalysts and dye preparations.
Product Advantage
Its purity is more than 98% (HPLC), with good water solubility, stable process, small difference between batches.
