Distilled Glycerin Monostearate/ Distilled monoglyceride(GMS/DMG)
-Distilled Monoglyceride is used to for form a stable emulsion avoiding delamination and deposits of food and beverage, thus improving quality of product and prolonging shelf life of product.
-Distilled monoglyceride can form the complex with the protein and starch. It could prevent starch from recrystallizing after cooling because of formation of infusible complex with straight chain form starch. Also it can prevent the starch from aging, keeping the food which is rich in the starch including bread, cake, potato goods fresh, soft for a long time.
-Distilled monoglyceride can be arranged in order on surface of grease. This is helpful to control and stabilize crystallization of grease. Especially in production of margarine, it can improve plasticity and malleability of product to avoid delamination of the oil and water
-Widely used in the production of: bread, pastry, rice and noodles, crackers and biscuits,confectioneries, ice creams, dairy products, edible oil, protein beverages and meat products.

It functions much better if admixed with butane. Products inlayed with Distilled Glycerin Monostearate are peculiar in smooth & clean exterior and no contractibility.
2. Lubricant and antistatic agent
Distilled Glycerin Monostearate is the excellent lubricant that diminishes the friction among the polymer molecules so as to decrease the polymer melt viscosity and increase the flow ability.
Distilled Glycerin Monostearate features in good antistatic resistance that is able to decline the formation and accumulation of static electricity.
