Calcium silicate board for thermal insulation
Calcium silicate board is made of xonotlite and reinforced glass fiber, and is resistant to high temperature of 1100 ºC,good heat insulation, low bulk density, high strength, good durability and so on.can be widely used in industrial furnace insulation.
Calcium silicate board for thermal insulation is called microporous calcium silicate. It is a white, hard new
thermal insulation material with the characteristics of light bulk density, high strength, low thermal
conductivity, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, cutting ability, and ability to saw. It
is widely used in the heat preservation, heat insulation and fire and sound insulation of equipment
pipes, walls and roofs in electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, construction, shipbuilding and
other fields. The thickness is usually above 30mm.
Product Characteristics:
Good durability, can bear high temperature within the limit of continuous heat load.
Low thermal conductivity, Light weight, high strength. It is the highest in these hard thermal insulation products.
Better durability, use for a long time without powder.
Used safety, hygiene. Excluding asbestos, sulfur, chlorine such poisonous substances.

Application:
It is widely used for thermal insulation and fire prevention of equipment and pipelines in the fields of electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical and shipbuilding,as well as heating pipe network system.
High density calcium silicate insulation board is developed for the non-ferrous industry used for feeding, casting and molding of molten aluminum and other non-ferrous metals, also can be used for clamping fixture of glass industry. In addition to its insulation, its characteristic of non-stick aluminum exerts a large. Superior strength and good processability makes it the preferred material for precision CNC machined parts and complex components.

Q1:What is your payments terms?
A1 : 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms.
Q2 : What is your lead time?
A2 : It usually needs about 10- 20 days after receiving your deposit.
Q3 : How can you control your quality?A3 : For each production processing, SJOIN have complete QC system for the chemical composition and Physical properties. After production, all the goods will be tested, and the quality certificate will be shipped along with goods if needed.
