Q2. How About Sample Policy? If we have the sample in stock and just general products, we will provide samples. Or you can buy samples from our client in your country or in our retail website in our Alishop. Express fee is charged by the shipping company. Customer should pay it.
Q3. Which shipping way is available? 1)By sea to your nearest port; 2)By air to your nearest airport ; 3)By express (DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT,EMS, etc. )to your door; We will provide tracking number ASAP after the goods shipping out.
Q4. What is your delivery time? The exact delivery date need to according to your style and quantity. Samples, usually within 3-5 working days. Bulk order, usually within 15-20 working days.
Q5. Do you make custom brand products? Yes, we do. We provide ODM and OEM services both. We can make products with your Brand name/logo also you can give us your reference sample and customization instruction.
Q6. What is your payment method & payment term? We are obedient to our government laws. We can accept TT and LC . Payment Terms: 30% Deposit and 70% Before Delivery (for TT payment) Payment Terms: 30% Deposit and 70% Before Delivery (for LC payment)
