The C85 cylinder is ISO 6432 and CETOP RP52P compliant, offers 100% installation repeatability, includes wear-resistant seals and a replaceable rod seal. The cylinder is corrosion resistant, the casing and piston rod are made of stainless steel and have double bent anodized aluminum end caps for extra long service life. The double bend end cap has an air seal. By using a specially designed, unique dust seal, the cylinder has good dust resistance, making the SMC C85 cylinder suitable for use in dusty environments. The low-friction design with synthetic rubber gasket seals allows the cylinder to operate at a maximum speed of 1500 mm/s. The C85 cylinder is supplied with a rod lock nut and end mounting nut, and the use of a large flat wrench and space-saving design make installation easy.
