We are equipped with various caster testing equipment, which makes it clear that the products must be tested in strict accordance with the quality management standards before leaving the factory, such as product service life test, impact resistance test, salt spray test and so on.
Q1.Are you a factory or a trader?
A: we are a powerful factory established in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, with a factory area of about 8000 square meters. It has 8 injection molding machines, 10 stamping machines, 2 oil presses, 1 double station welding machine, 2 single station welding machines, 2 automatic rivet machines, 6 caster assembly lines and other automatic equipment.

Q2. Can I get free caster wheel samples from Stardrawing ?
A: We would be honor to offer you free caster samples, and we believe that you would be willing to pay for the freight fee forsuchgood products. Please provide your DHL/FedEx or other freight collect number and advise which express type should be chosen,international express type(2~3days) or economic type (4~5days).

Q3. What is your payment terms of caster ?
A: It is undisputable and crystal clear that 30% advanced payment, 70% before shipment, hope we have reached agreement for thisregular payment manner.

Q4. What about your lead time ?
A: Usually, caster sample needs 5-7 days, mass production time needs 30 days. It is up to the quantity and stocking.

Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on casters ?
A: Sure.
Option 1 - Build the molds and fixtures upon your sample or technical drawings
Option 2 - Add your logo on fork or wheel
Option 3 - Pack the casters in your branded carton

Q6. How can I trust the quality of your casters ?
A: We tell you that we have variety of international quality certificates, we have a very strict quality control system, we do
