1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
A1: We are a factory. We specialize in this field for 10 years with high quality and competitive prices!
2. How about the production time?A2: It depends on the quantity. Usually, the production time will be 4-7 working days after we received the payment.
3. Can I have a sample order?A3: Yes, welcome sample order to test and check quality.
4. Which payments are acceptable?A4: PayPal, Western Union, and T/T all are acceptable.
5. What is your warranty? A5:
1) We offer 6 month's warranty for the battery;
2) Warranty service will be honored if the damage is not caused by humans;
3) Pls send back the defective goods within the warranty period, and we will repair them or send you new free;
4) If there are only several pcs accessories(the fee is less or around the shipping fee) that are damaged, pls send us some pictures and videos about the detailed problem.
