6.Usage: In food industry, it is used as emulsifier, quality improver, chelating agent. It can be applied as fresh preserver, water conservation, and quality improver for quick-frozen aquatic products. Complex used with other phosphates in meat processing will get a better effect. Also it can improve the expansibility of ice cream, and the taste of flour and cake, prevent the cheese ageing.
7.Packing: In 25kg composite plastic woven/paper bag with PE liner.
8.Storage and transport: It should be stored in a dry, ventilative and clean warehouse; kept away from moisture and heat, and stored separately from poisonous Substances. Handled with care, so as to avoid damage to packing bags.
