World leading equipment
1. The copper rod uses the SCR continuous casting and rolling equipment of the American South Line, with a smooth surface and less impurities.
2. Two German Nihoff 2.6mm double-head micro-slip large pullers (non slip), online annealing, good copper wire surface, minimum burrs
3. Using the European high-speed continuous drawing and chartering machine, wire drawing and enameling are completed in one process, eliminating the need for intermediate links, and the quality is stable; single furnace and single head, the quality of the edge change is not affected; high speed and high efficiency, multiple specifications, multiple varieties, can be Simultaneous production, fast delivery of orders
Production process control
1. High-quality copper raw materials ensure copper wires with good toughness, softness and excellent welding performance
2. Rewinding with constant tension to ensure smooth surface of copper conductor and consistency of wire diameter and resistance
3. High-speed enameling machine, no floor production, single furnace and single head, less oxidation and discoloration, and stable quality
4. The laser outer diameter is automatically adjusted to adjust the thickness of the paint film, and the outer diameter and out-of-roundness are stable
5. Online real-time monitoring to ensure less surface particles and high-pressure pinholes and good consistency
6. The light sensor automatically controls the wiring of the line, automatically changes the disk, and the occurrence of disordered lines is less
7. The important process data of the production process is automatically recorded by the computer, which is convenient for traceability
Self bonding Film
Alcohol self bonding: The self-bonding effect is achieved by adding an appropriate solvent (such as industrial alcohol) to the wire during the winding process. The recommended solvent is ethanol or methanol.
Hot air self bonding: Hot air is to achieve self bonding effect by blowing hot air on the wire during the winding process. The temperature of the hot air at the winding is usually between 120ºC-230ºC
Oven self bonding: Oven self bonding is achieved by placing the finished coil in an oven to heat it to achieve self adhesive effect. In order to achieve uniform heating of the coil, according to the shape and size of the coil, the temperature of the oven usually needs to be between 120 ° C and 220 ° C, and the required time varies from 5 to 30 minutes.
Power on self bonding: Electric self bonding is achieved by electric current (resistive heating). The required amperage depends on the shape and size of the coil. Power on self bonding is recommended for products with wire diameter above 0.10mm (38AWG)
