92% Al2O3 China Conductive Tiles Mats is a high-performance abrasion and impact resisting linings for high-impact, high-pressure applications in which ceramic tile may not have sufficient structural resistance, and high-performance rubber may not offer the required wear life. In extreme applications, the liners can be installed in a matrix or abrasion resistant steel plate to provide structural support for the ceramic/rubber matrix and provide exceptional wear life where competing products cannot.
Used in heavy industry for years as a cost-effective, wear-resistant solution, these lightweight materials offer high durability, strength, and excellent abrasion and corrosion resistance. Alumina wear resistant compositions include:

l Alumina 95: increased wear performance
l Alumina T95: premium alumina for best wear resistance
l Zirconium toughened alumina(ZTA): increased strength and impact resistance
Installed in chutes, spouts, hoppers, transfer points and other applications subjected to wear, wear linings protect the assets and provide sufficient wear and chemical resistance to keep maintenance down and material flow up. As a material, ceramic has beneficial anti-impact properties that prolong wear life and improve impact resistance. Ceramic wear liners are designed to be extremely resistant to abrasion even in high material flows and speeds, preventing material build-up.
Hard ceramic surfaces provide unsurpassable wear resistance while the elasticity of the rubber absorbs the impact of blows. Excellent wear resistance in applications with sliding wear and high material speeds.
