Besides, the oven's heating power is optional: electric, diesel, LPG and natural gas.
The batch oven(Powder coating oven with gas heating) is much suitable for the factory, whose production output is not large. It is equipped with floor rail inside and outside of the oven. The workers need to put the products on the trolley, then push the trolley into the oven.
Main Features of Powder Coating Oven:
1. Quickly assembled insulation cabin, the outside steel plate is powder coated, and the inside steel plate is galvanized.
2. Adopt the assembly structure, easy to disassemble and convenient to transport.
3. Internal and external tracks are steel rails, durable.
4. The cost of consumption is low, the temperature is rising rapidly, and the temperature inside the oven is uniform.
5. Equipped with automatic gas heating control system to accurately control the temperature and thermal insulation time inside the oven.
6. High degree of automation, no pollution of environmental protection, high quality of finished products.
7. The requirements for the power supply system are very low. The oven with general size could work normally at a power supply of 3 to 6Kw. It is especially suitable for the use of power tensions and frequent power restrictions.
8. Energy could be pipeline natural gas, canned liquefied gas or canned natural gas. The optional space is large.
1. Wall panel: Made of 100mm thick rock wool sandwich panel. Outside is 0.426mm thick colorful steel, inside is 0.426mm galvanized steel.
