Liquid nitrogen type high-low temperature chambers are used for tensile, compression, bending, fatigue and other mechanical properties tests for rubber, plastic and other non-metallic materials, metal materials and composite materials in high and low temperature environment. They can be used with electronic universal testing machines and electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machines.
These high and low temperature environmental chambers can meet the technical requirements of ISO or ASTM standard if any.
1. The door is in front of the chamber with stainless steel. The chamber is equipped with an observation window, and there is lighting in the chamber to facilitate the observation in the test process.
2. The chamber adopts liquid nitrogen jet refrigeration at low temperature; According to the test temperature heat compensation, heating is performed by resistance wires or hi-temp superalloy tubes.
3. It can perform tensile, compression, bending and other tests, and can measure tensile compression deformation, bending deflection and other parameters. The fixtures can be placed in the environmental chamber during the environmental test.
4. The deformation measuring device can choose different sensors according to the different temperature ranges, such as bilateral extraction structure or direct measurement in the chamber.
5. The supporting cart is of frame structure, and the linear guide rail structure is applied to ensure the smooth sliding of the chamber. The front track of the supporting cart extends into the space of testing machine, and the chamber body is placed on the track of the cart. When the chamber is not used for a long time, cart can also be moved to any place as a whole. The supporting cart is equipped with casters at the bottom, easy to move.
6. There is an air circulation system in the chamber to ensure that the temperature gradient and fluctuation can meet the relevant standards. The safety device has over-temperature, overload, over-current, phase sequence protection and circuit breaker protection functions.
7. Working temperature range:-190ºC~+400ºC(-190ºC~+500ºC available).
