Description
2000ºC Hi-temp vacuum furnaces are used for tensile, compression,  fatigue, creep and other mechanical properties tests for special metal, ceramic, non-metallic composite materials in ultra high temperature environment, typically ranging from 800ºC to 2000ºC.

Introduction

This system is mainly used for tensile, compression,  fatigue, creeping and other mechanical properties tests for  special metal, ceramic, non-metallic composite materials in high temperature environment, typically ranging from 800ºC to 2000ºC.

The system is composed of vacuum chamber, high temperature heating system, temperature measuring element and automatic switching device, temperature - vacuum level measurement and control system, high temperature test fixture, deformation measuring device/high temperature extensometer, vacuum pump group, constant temperature water cooling unit, electrical control system, testing machine (if any) and room temperature accessories.

System composition

1. Vacuum chamber: front door, double-layer of water cooling structure. Made of high temperature resistant non-magnetic stainless steel with passivated surface.

2.  For tensile and creep tests: The vacuum chamber is divided into upper chamber and lower chamber. The upper is a high temperature test chamber, and the lower accommodates a deformation measurement device, respectively equipped with observation holes. Each chamber is equipped with one thermocouple to detect the temperature.

3.  For low-cycle fatigue (LCF) tests: There is a single chamber, the high temperature extensometer can be installed at the back of the chamber.

4.  Vacuum pumps assembly, includes a mechanical pump and a molecular pump. 

5.  The heating elements of furnace are two groups of curved high purity tungsten alloy heating body, which can obtain a certain length of uniform heating zone and make the sample heated evenly.

6.  The photoelectric colorimeter is located on the left side of the vacuum chamber and is fixed relative to the chamber, which can prevent the movement of artificial collision.

7.  Temperature measurement and control: using thermocouple and photoelectric colorimeter are used for measurement and control, and equipped with automatic switching system. Via pneumatic push, air flows smoothly in and out, positions accurately. With a special sealing structure, the thermocouple going inside or outside the high temperature zone does not affect the vacuum degree.

8.  The control system is composed of programmable controller (PLC) and human-machine interface (HMI) , without remembering complex commands.  Click corresponding buttons on the screen, you can run the program  automatically or complete the control system settings; The system can be equipped with a maximum of 15.6 inches large size touch screen, 1920x1080 resolution, the page display is clearer; Equipped with Cortex 4 core processor, screen switching and data processing speed is faster. 7G large storage space, can continuously record more than 7000 hours, more than 700 million pieces of data; System supports multi-language function; The modular distribution visually displays the status and information of various components of the system, making the operatating more simple, intuitive and convenient.

9.  HMI is the control interface, real-time acquising a variety of equipment status. Signals of PLC, inverter, servo driver, remote IO module, temperature controller, pressure transmitter, grating ruler, vacuum gauge and various sensors and other devices can be aquired simultaneously; Different communication ports are available to choose, RS232/RS485/RS422 serial port communication, 10/100M adaptive Ethernet port communication are convenient for customer's computer or other host computer; Support a variety of communication protocols, support Modbus-RTU, Modbus-TCP/IP general protocol and free port protocol, we can also customize exclusive software for your needs. 4G, wifi, LAN can be selected to connect to the Internet as required. After the device is connected to the Internet, remote monitoring and control can be carried out anytime and anywhere by mobile phone APP or computers; When unattended, it can monitor the operating status and fault status of the equipment in real time, and carry out remote emergency shutdown operation when the system is abnormal.

10.  Safety devices: water off, power off and water off actions. Protections and warnings for abnormal pressure, over temperature, under pressure, overload, over current, phase sequence disorder, fuse blown, over temperature and etc.

11.  This system can be equipped in electronic universal test machines, creeping machines or dynamic fatigue machines according to the requirements.
