The manual jack filter press uses a dry screw jack as a compacting device, which is generally used for small filter presses such as 320 and 450. The filter plate is made of polypropylene, the frame structure is made of carbon steel, and the pressing form is manual hydraulic.
Due to the adoption of the screw jack device, the operation is more convenient. Filter plates and filter cloths are arranged between the two end plates. All the filter plates can be hung on the beam by means of handles on both sides and can move horizontally along the beam. Pull the mechanical jack to pressurize, and when the required pressure is reached, the material can be fed and filtered. After the filtration is completed, pull the jack to release the pressure, turn the rotating connecting plate, move the pressing plate, and pull the filter plate piece by piece to discharge the slag.
Operation of manual filter press:
1. Press. Put the afterburner rod into the jack of the screw jack, adjust the direction valve, and rotate the screw jack clockwise.
2. Return. Put the afterburner rod into the socket of the screw jack, adjust the directional valve, and turn the screw jack counterclockwise.
3. If leakage occurs during the filtration process, it can be solved by increasing the pressure intensity.
4. After the filtration is finished, pull the filter plates one by one to remove the filter cake, and then proceed to the next cycle.
