2'-deoxycytidine is a pyrimidine 2'-deoxyribonucleoside having cytosine as the nucleobase. It has a role as a human metabolite, a Saccharomyces cerevisiae metabolite, an Escherichia coli metabolite and a mouse metabolite. It derives from a cytosine.
